Socket Saver / Lifter (octal 8 pin) New Improved Version!

High Quality Octal (8 pin) socket saver, will work with all 8 pin octal tubes (6SN7, 6SL7, 6L6, EL34, KT88, 6550 etc). Made of white ceramic and brass with plated receivers and pins. Note: pin receivers are snug (which is a good thing!) we adjust them just prior to shipping to what I think is a good compromise snug setting. We’ve checked continuity and the factory solder work is perfect for every pin, with zero (nil) electrical loss.
Loading instructions: Before installing the socket saver, plug the tube in, then install the entire assembly. When removing a tube, do it in reverse and remove the entire assembly. I’ve found this method to be the easiest for rolling tubes.
Pro Tip: when rolling tubes frequently just keep an extra set of socket saver/lifters on hand and leave the tubes plugged in, this saves wear and tear on your vintage tubes.
