Orders are shipped on the next available Shipping Day.  If your order is received by 10am PST on a Shipping Day, we will do our best to ship it out that day.

Canadian orders shipped Chit Chats – Tracked.

USA orders shipped Chit Chats – USPS – Tracked. (Note NL Post is the subcontractor).

International parcels shipped Chit Chats – NL Post (No Tracking unless Tracking Option Paid). 

Note some destinations can’t be tracked and others are very expensive and a quote will be provided with the additional charge – prior to shipping.

Approximate Delivery Times:
Canada – 1-2 weeks
USA – 2 weeks
Europe – 3-4 weeks                                                         

Island Nations & other difficult to reach destinations – 4-8 weeks

Orders under $150 are shipped at a flat rate of $20 Globally.

Orders $150 and over (after discount) are shipped Free of Charge*

*Some shipping destinations are excluded, due to location, weight and/or size.

Should your purchase require an additional shipping fee, we will contact you with a quote, before shipping. And send a PayPal invoice for the balance, or arrange for you to pay through the store using a “Special Order”
