As per suggestion from Charles, I’m adding my 2 cents on this stage here as well:
I found it easier to first solder all the outer terminals all at once, fixed with the crocodile clips. That way the PCB lies level and makes soldering even easier. Finally, it makes soldering the heater terminal easy as well as for that the board lies stable on all the outer terminals.
Furthermore, for the fussy people like me, I’d recommend to clean flux and soldering residues before mounting the tube socket. I simply like to have it all nice an clean even if it’s not visible in the end 😉
